Traveling can be an adventure of a lifetime, no matter where you go in this world you're bound to have a good time as long as you have the right attitude. Each society has its own attitudes, traditions, and concepts of time that may be different from yours. Do not disturb animals, plants or their natural habitats. Take only photographs. Leave only footprints. Respect the privacy and dignity of others, inquire before photographing people. Avoid giving gifts to children and don’t make promises to local residents that can’t be kept. Accepting this and adapting to a new culture can make the difference between an enjoyable visit and a frustrating one.
